Deconstructing Pain
To Attend the Level 1 Workshop: What you need to Know
This 90 min. Workshop will change your Life !
Foam rolling is one of the best advancements in exercise and rehab. Learn how to restore your body to maintain a flexible, active and pain-free lifestyle. Even Tom Brady is a Foam Roller; as part of Achieving a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance, his latest book.
Muscles sore after your workout? Tight & tender spots that just won’t go away? Reduced range of motion post- injury or surgery? Out of Alignment due to years of compensation patterns? This is how pain is built…it accumulates into painful, body alignment patterns over time.
This workshop will teach you how to safely and effectively target all the major muscle/fascia groups in the body from head to toe and DECONSTRUCT your Pain.
I first attended one of Christine’s foam roller workshops about a year ago. I started with an introductory session, then “level 2” the following week, and a “refresher” course a few months later. From the very start, my body felt great going through the various moves, and even better afterwards! As with any exercise, additional practice, reinforcement, and refinement enhances the effects and benefits over time. I highly recommend some follow-up private courses for individualized attention/training to help fine tune and emphasize moves to match your particular needs/problem areas
After a year, I can mostly use the roller effectively on my own, but when certain conditions flare up a private session always helps.
A recent example is when I was trying to get over a nasty winter illness. One session with Christine gently reawakened all my muscle fibers that had laid dormant for a week. By the next day, I was fully restored and back to full steam ahead!
Using Christine’s foam roller techniques is easy (and you can even watch TV while doing it!), and well worth learning. Relax, reset, and restore….AHHH! -Paula D.
Foam rolling techniques are performed on the floor using the arms to support part of the body’s weight. Participants must be comfortable getting up and down from the floor and bearing some weight in the arms.

I took the Foam Roll Workshop about a year ago, and am very Glad and Grateful, that I invested in a Foam Roll, after taking the class! It is so convenient to have it on hand. When my Husband had Knee Surgery, he used it with the PT guidance, at home, while recovering.
Also, having taken the class, I feel comfortable using even for toning and strengthening! The Foam Roll is so useful and and easy to use, after having taken the class,

For me, Berkshire County Fitness Foam Roller Workshop was an amazing class. I learned so much - not only about foam rolling, but also how it can help me with many different areas of my body. In addition to the information, the demonstration of different uses for specific areas of my body by Christine was extremely helpful. I would recommend this class for anyone who wants less pain and better movement. -Judy C. .
