I was struggling with a summer heat wave. Christine proposed a pool workout. I don't like my face in the water and had my doubts. Well, what a workout! I was cool, moving, and feeling good.. I didn't realize how hard I was working it until I got out of the water. I felt pleasantly fatigued like my other workouts with Christine, just more flexible and...not sore! I love pool workouts! Now, we take it to the pool Memorial Day thru Labor Day. -Maggie S.
I sprained my ankle and was worried about continuing my workouts. I was having a hard enough time just getting around. I also did not want to lose my fitness. Christine suggested a pool workout. As soon as I got in the pool, I was pain free. Then, Christine led me through a workout that worked my entire body. It felt wonderful ! It was challenging and pushed me thru a greater range of motion than usual. Pool workouts helped me recover quickly and keep my fitness.
